It is also demanding, complex, and at times, isolating.

We hold trauma, grief, attachment wounds, dissociation, and loss. We make ethical decisions in gray areas. We regulate ourselves while helping others regulate. And much of this happens quietly. Supervision and consultation should not just strengthen your skills. It should strengthen you. I offer reflective, trauma-informed supervision and consultation spaces where clinicians can think deeply, speak honestly, and grow with steadiness.

Clinical Supervision (Florida LMHC Interns)

As a Qualified Supervisor in Florida, I provide supervision for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns seeking licensure.

Supervision with me is not simply about accruing hours. It is about becoming the therapist you want to be.

Deepen your trauma-informed lens
Explore countertransference and nervous system responses
Build ethical clarity and clinical confidence
Develop sustainable boundaries early in your career
Clarify your professional identity

You are allowed to not know.

Supervision is a space to slow down, reflect, and build both competence and internal steadiness.

Virtual individual supervision (I am located in Gainesville for in person supervision)
Small group supervision (as available)

Cost: $100 individual, $50 group

Professional Consultation for Licensed Clinicians

Even experienced clinicians need space to think out loud.

Consultation is for licensed therapists who want thoughtful collaboration around:

Complex trauma
Developmental trauma
Dissociation
Grief and traumatic loss
Challenging attachment dynamics
Burnout and sustainability
Ethical gray areas

This is not a space for quick answers. It is a space for depth.

We will look at the case — and we will also look at what is happening inside you as you sit with the case.

Your countertransference matters.
Your nervous system matters.
Your humanity matters.

Consultation can be case-focused, growth-focused, or centered on strengthening long-term sustainability in trauma work.

EMDR Consultation

EMDR is structured. And flexible. It is protocol-driven. And fluid. It is powerful.

And it is also deeply human.

I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training. I provide EMDR consultation for clinicians seeking EMDRIA Certification as well as for EMDR therapists who want a more reflective, relational space to grow in their work. As a Consultant in Training, I can provide 15 of the 20 required consultation hours toward EMDRIA Certification.

A Different Kind of EMDR Consultation

Protocol fidelity matters. It is a solid place to start. The AIP model matters. It is healing.

But EMDR does not happen in a vacuum. It happens in a relationship. And you are part of that relationship.

In our work together, we will attend to:

AIP-informed case conceptualization
Target sequencing and treatment planning
Blocks and interweaves
Ethical and clinical decision-making

And we will also make space for:

Your countertransference
Your nervous system responses
The parts of you activated by the work
Moments of frustration, protectiveness, fear, or grief
Sessions that feel stuck or destabilizing
Your creativity

You are not meant to be a neutral machine delivering bilateral stimulation. You are a human nervous system sitting with another human nervous system.

Consultation is a place where you do not have to perform competence. You can think out loud. You can bring the messy middle of the work.

For Therapists Pursuing EMDRIA Certification

If you are working toward EMDRIA Certification, we can structure consultation to ensure you are meeting EMDRIA requirements while deepening your confidence in complex trauma treatment.
